GTA 5 has received the Liberty City Preservation Project mod , which brings the entire GTA 4 map into the game world.
The Liberty City Preservation Project was developed by a group of modders and is available for free download via the World Travels Discord . While there are other mods that do the same thing, this new project has a lot of features that set it apart from the rest, which we will review with you here.
1- Effective mini map and radar
Liberty City Preservation Project mod offers a complete experience in terms of the mini-map and radar that works with all its features and can track targets and items across the map accurately while the radar can help you guide to targets in a very wonderful way.
2- Smooth movement to and from Liberty City
The Liberty City map is treated as part of the original GTA 5 Los Santos map, which means that moving between the two maps is smooth and fast without any problems. By moving between characters or using airport markers, you can perform smooth fast travel operations.
3- Original traffic system
Traffic is completely extracted from GTA 4, in other words, you will find police cars as well as distinctive taxis roaming the streets of Liberty City smoothly without any performance issues. You will see the movement of cars and a complete traffic system as if you were in the world of GTA 4 but with the power of the new game's visuals.

Yes, the public transportation system such as the subway, trains and planes all work normally as they do in Liberty City in GTA 4. This means that you can move around and explore all the city's facilities by using one of these means, the most prominent and popular of which is the metro.
